The PGIHS at the University of Peradeniya and Buddhist College of Minnan (BCM), China are currently in the process of finalizing a joint academic partnership between the two institutions. The proposed cooperation includes (but are not limited to) exchange of staff and students, joint degree programmes, sharing of academic and teaching materials and collaboration in research and dissemination, capacity development and dissemination. Rector Ze Wu of Minnan Buddhist College with a delegation of 150 students and staff visited the PGIHS in 2017 and signed a Letter of Intent with Director PGIHS Prof. Ananda Jayawickramaon the partnership programme.
